Homes for Kids team
Chief Executive Officer
Robert is a senior leader with 30 years' experience across statutory services in the NHS and local government, including children and young people's services and education, and more recently the charitable sector. He believes good care should be relational, trauma-informed, accountable and shaped by children and young people's voices.
Development Manager
Joseph supports the development of Homes for Kids, helping turn the organisation's plans into safe, stable homes and practical support for children and young people. Before joining the team, he worked in Public Health in Sierra Leone, supporting rural essential services and city-wide health interventions.

Founder/Chair
Rory is a former nurse and senior leader in children and young people's social care, bringing clinical insight, service leadership and system-level experience with local authorities. He is driven by a belief that care should be led by purpose, not profit.
Intended Trustee
Dr Toni Bewley brings over 45 years of experience as a nurse across services for children and young people, as well as adult services. Alongside clinical practice, she has worked extensively as an educator and advocate, with deep personal insight into the challenges faced by children and young people, and families outside mainstream services.

Combining a passion for creating quality homes with 15 years of voluntary leadership in the youth sector, Oliver is committed to improving outcomes for vulnerable children and young people. He believes every child and young person deserves the very best care and a stable home environment.

Caroline is the Founder and CEO of 3000 Years Music, a music publishing and record company. As a proud mother of five, supporting children's charities has always been an important part of her family's values. She is deeply committed to helping children feel safe, supported, and valued.
