Joseph Tattersall

Joseph supports the development of Homes for Kids, helping turn the charity's plans into safe, stable homes and practical support for children and young people. Before joining the team, he worked in Public Health in Sierra Leone, supporting rural essential services and city-wide health interventions.

Rory is the CEO of Cavalry and a former nurse, bringing clinical insight and strategic leadership to children and young people's social care. His career spans frontline care, service leadership and system-level collaboration with local authorities. He is driven by a belief that care should be led by purpose, not profit.

Dr Toni Bewley

Dr Toni Bewley

Dr Toni Bewley brings over 45 years of experience as a nurse across services for children and young people, as well as adult services. Alongside clinical practice, she has worked extensively as an educator and advocate, with deep personal insight into the challenges faced by children and young people, and families outside mainstream services.

Victoria Price is the Founder and Co-CEO of Emello, a British luxury womenswear brand. A Chartered Certified Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser, she brings deep commercial, governance and leadership expertise, alongside a strong commitment to purpose-led business.

Oliver Wood

Combining a passion for creating quality homes with 15 years of voluntary leadership in the youth sector, Oliver is committed to improving outcomes for vulnerable children and young people. He believes every child and young person deserves the very best care and a stable home environment.

Ian is Managing Director of EMR Ltd, an international metal recycling business based in Warrington. Supporting children and young people has long been a core value for Ian and his family, and he brings a strong commitment to community impact and responsible funding.

Caroline Ainscough

Caroline Ainscough

Caroline is the founder of 3000 Years Music, a music publishing and record company. She has long supported charities including the NSPCC, Wigan Youth Zone and the University of Manchester, and is committed to helping children and young people feel safe, supported and valued.
